Terms and Conditions

1. This offer applies only to selected Shock Absorber sports bras that are purchased online during the Promotion Period through Less Bounce: The offer does not apply to Shock Absorber's swimwear range.
2. The Promotion Period is open for purchases made between Friday 23rd July and Tuesday 31st August 2010. All applications must be received by closing date of 30th September 2010
3. Refund of purchase price limited to lesser of actual purchase price paid and a maximum of £36.
4. To participate in this offer and obtain a refund you need to send us your application within 28 days from the date of your purchase, comprising: (i) the product with its full packaging; (ii) proof of purchase with verifiable order number from online retailer; and (iii) a completed questionnaire downloaded from the Less Bounce website should be sent to: Shock Absorber Money Back Guarantee, Playtex Park Industrial Estate, Port Glasgow, PA14 5UY. Postage is non-refundable. Contents of application cannot be returned.
5. Offer open to UK residents only. Refund limited to only one claim per household. Only one claim per application may be made. No bulk or third party applications.
6. This offer is being run by Shock Absorber and not the online retailer. Applications should not be sent to the online retailer. Shock Absorber's offer of a refund only applies if you are not satisfied that the product reduces breast bounce. If you want to return the product for any other reason, e.g. wrong size, colour, faulty garment etc. please contact your retailer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. All applications will be verified and if approved, refunds will be paid by cheque and despatched within 28 days of receiving a valid application. Cheque will be made payable to the name stated on your application and sent to the address set out therein.
8. Proof of posting will not be treated as proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications or cheques which are not properly received due to communications or other problems, including any applications or cheques lost, delayed or damaged in transit or for any associated costs. Any applications received that are damaged or illegible in the Promoter's discretion will not be accepted.
9. Promoter reserves the right to reject any application which Promoter in its absolute discretion believes is fraudulent, in bad faith, incomplete or does not otherwise meet the criteria set out in these terms.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer or competition.
